This role is pivotal in the execution of our global ERP (Epicor ERP) implementation and integration projects along with the execution of our techno-functional strategic initiatives assigned from the Executive Management Team’s Annual Book of Work. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of PMO and Change Management, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are prioritized appropriately, resourced effectively, and delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.  What You Will Do: * Lead global ERP implementation and integration projects and strategic techno-functional projects from initiation to closure. * Contribute to process improvements and PMO best practices. * Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines with internal teams and external vendors. * Track project deliverables, schedules, and budgets using project management tools. * Support risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes. * Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including meeting minutes, status reports, and dashboards. * Facilitate project meetings and follow up on action items. * Ensure clear communication among stakeholders and escalate issues when needed. * Organize Development Task Timeline using Scrum to prioritize development tasks. * Travel up to 25-30% Desired qualifications and experience: * Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Business, or a related field. * 7-10 years of IT and/or Techno-Functional Project Management experience, managing 5 to 10 projects simultaneously. * 3+ years of ERP Implementation and SDLC project experience. Epicor preferred but not required. * PMP and/or Scrum certified (current), with solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)   * Proficiency in Project Management tools. Monday.com, Wrike and Jira preferred.  * Experience in setting up or working within a PMO (Program Management Office) leading planning sessions, prioritization workshops, or governance forums, is a plus. Desired skills: * Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with C Suite stakeholders * Customer centric, results oriented, self-starter and ability to work within a team * Strong organization and project management skills, with the ability to work in cross functional and complex environments * Strong facilitation skills and ability to drive through influence to manage work plans, identify resource requirements, establish priorities for available resources, delegate effectively and hold team accountable, and monitor the performance of project tasks * Analytical skills and strategic thinking are crucial to the role.
