Learn more at carltonone.com [https://www.carltonone.com/].    About the Opportunity:  The Enterprise Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving strategic and operational initiatives across Carlton One, with a focus on enterprise project management and cross-functional execution. This role is designed to foster collaboration and optimize planning by bringing together internal business units and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and seamless project delivery. The incumbent will champion an agile and lean approach, establishing working rhythms that support both strategic and operational objectives. By aligning projects with the CEO’s strategic vision, the Director for Project Management ensures that every initiative contributes to the company’s growth, efficiency, and readiness for future opportunities.  Reporting to the VP of Strategy, this role will touch multiple dimensions of organic and inorganic growth delivery at Carlton One. The Enterprise Project Manager will lead the development of reporting templates and structures for diverse audiences—including the CTO, CEO, COO, and board members—ensuring clarity, transparency, and strategic alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Acting as a bridge between technology, business, and operations, the incumbent will foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability, driving execution in line with defined strategy and supporting the seamless implementation of both IT and non-IT facets of the organization.    Responsibilities:  * Establish and maintain a structured governance framework for managing multiple strategic and operational projects, ensuring consistent reporting and transparency.  * Collaborate with technology, business, and external stakeholders to work with IT on defining project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.  * Develop and maintain project templates, charters, and dashboards tailored for different leadership audiences (CTO, CEO, COO, board).  * Prioritize projects in consultation with the CTO and key business heads, balancing capacity, strategic importance, and ROI.  * Facilitate project execution by coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking progress, identifying risks, and resolving dependencies.  * Lead the creation of comprehensive launch plans and post-launch reviews, ensuring projects deliver on strategic objectives and operational efficiency. * Engage cross functional stakeholders early to ensure alignment on objectives, requirements, and outcomes.  * Foster collaboration and accountability across business, operations, IT, and support teams, promoting an agile, data-driven culture.  * Document existing (“as-is”) processes and reengineer (“to-be”) workflows to enhance efficiency and customer experience.  * Work to facilitate IT to automate manual processes, drive AI adoption, and ensure scalability and compliance. The role will act as a strategic bridge between Client Success, Operations, IT and Procurement with the key objective to bring fragmented pieces together towards a common goal. * Support the Strategy and Finance teams in aligning projects with business goals and P&L outcomes.  * Provide analytical insights and develop success metrics/KPIs for project and client outcomes.  * Ensure client success initiatives are incorporated into project delivery and post-launch tracking.  * Continuously align project execution with the CEO’s strategic vision, ensuring all initiatives contribute to organizational growth and efficiency. Qualifications:  * 10 years of experience in Program / Project Management, preferably in banking, fintech, or technology-driven organizations.  * Proven track record managing cross-functional, non-IT technology projects end-to-end, with a focus on strategic execution and operational efficiency.  * Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Waterfall, Hybrid).  * Expertise in creating dashboards, reporting templates, and executive-level presentations for diverse audiences.  * Demonstrated ability to align technology and business initiatives with strategic priorities and P&L outcomes.  * Experience in process mapping, documentation, and optimization, including automation and AI adoption.  * PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.  * Strong collaboration, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.  * Structured thinking, exceptional planning, and prioritization abilities.  * Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies * Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.   Additional Perks  Here are some additional perks that we provide:  * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Health, dental, and vision coverage. * 3 weeks’ vacation plus personal days. * Access to our employee benefits portal for exclusive discounts. * Monthly company-wide events, celebrations, and team activities. * Bravo reward points program for recognition and appreciation. * Convenient office location close to public transit.
