QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B tech marketing
  • Experience with marketing and sales tools such as Salesforce, 6sense, Marketo, Asana, Tableau and Splash
  • Analytical skills and a knack for data analysis and reporting leveraging tools
  • 1-2 years as a sales development rep or in a sales support role
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Ability to travel if necessary. Up to 30%.
  • This is a remote position.
    This role requires in-person onboarding and travel to our [San Francisco, CA HQ office or Bengaluru, IN office] during the first week of employment.

Responsibilities
  • Program Planning & Execution: Work directly with the Senior Regional Marketing Specialists and Sales to execute integrated demand generation programs across events, digital, partner, and outbound channels. This includes managing logistics, communications and being onsite at key events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Project & Campaign Management: Coordinate with both internal teams and external partners and vendors to develop marketing campaign assets—from creative and email sequences to curated content and campaign offers. Bring ideas to life and keep projects moving on time.
  • Performance Reporting: Support reporting efforts to evaluate channel effectiveness, program ROI, and overall regional funnel health. Use insights to help guide future planning and improvements.
  • Marketing Operations & Tools: Maintain and manage the team’s operational workflow using tools like Salesforce, Asana and 6Sense and Splash among others. Responsibilities include developing target lists, creating campaign briefs, and supporting sales enablement with materials tailored for SDRs and account executives.
