Description
Responsibilities will include superior communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work cross-functionally with other areas of the organization, strong analytical skills, a professional demeanor and the ability to participate in and lead teams are the keys to this position. Design and architect end-to-end Oracle CPQ solutions that align with client business requirements and integrate with other systems like CRM and ERP. Manage and execute Business Markup Language (BML) and Groovy scripting for creating and managing business rules. Facilitate communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and IT, and manage client expectations effectively. A Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science is required. Minimum 7 years of experience as an Architect in Enterprise setting. Experience with project life cycle management tools like Microsoft Visual Studio DevOps, JIRA. Experience in working with Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet. Ability to communicate effectively, build consensus, facilitate working sessions, and negotiate solutions and alternatives. Deep expertise in Oracle CPQ Cloud technology and its features. Strong understanding of BML and Groovy scripting for rule creation and management. Experience in designing and implementing CPQ solutions, including integration with CRM and ERP systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audience. Ability to conduct fit-gap analysis and develop future state recommendations for CPQ solutions. Knowledge of order-to-cash processes will be added advantage. Experience in working and executing Projects using Agile methodologies.
