Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Director of Information Systems, the ERP Manager is a key member of the Information Systems team. This role will serve as the primary leader and advocate for our Epicor Eclipse ERP system. The ERP Manager will be responsible for ensuring stability, optimization, and strategic evolution of the ERP platform, while fostering collaboration across internal teams and business units. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of ERP at a company where information systems are deeply embedded in operational success and innovation. The ERP Manager will lead a team of ERP Specialists and Programmer Analysts.

  • Leadership & Strategy
  • Lead the ERP department as part of the Information Systems (IS) team.
  • Set the vision and roadmap for the Epicor Eclipse platform in alignment with business needs and IS strategy.
  • Collaborate with leaders across departments (Operations, Sales, Finance, etc.) to align ERP capabilities with business goals.
  • Ensure ERP systems connect smoothly with other key business tools such as CRM, PIM, Workflow, APIs, and Data/AI integrations
  • ERP System Oversight
  • Oversee day-to-day stability, upgrades, security, and performance of Epicor Eclipse.
  • Evaluate and socialize new capabilities, updates, and modules released by Epicor that may benefit the business.
  • Ensure legacy customizations are well documented and that technical debt is managed wisely.
  • Collaboration & Communication
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration between IS departments and business users.
  • Champion communication and training initiatives to increase adoption of ERP features.
  • Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, technical staff, and external Epicor support or consultants.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Lead the identification and delivery of ERP improvements that drive operational efficiency.
  • Partner with API and Workflow teams to streamline and automate business processes.
  • Support the use of analytics and reporting via collaboration with the Data & AI team.
