Description Role Summary Summary and overall objectives of the job. The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Manager will serve as the internal owner of Business Central, managing Rand’s implementation partner while driving internal cross-functional coordination across Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT. The ERP Manager will ensure successful deployment, strong user adoption, and long-term system stability and scalability. The role combines strong hands-on ERP expertise with well-developed business acumen and leadership capability to play a critical role in our enterprise transformation journey. Essential Functions ERP Implementation & Partner Management Lead and manage end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation Work closely under the direction of the CIO and in coordination with the ERP Steering Committee Serve as primary point of contact for the external implementation partner Drive project governance, scope management, timeline adherence, and issue resolution Coordinate internal stakeholders and ensure business alignment throughout implementation (Data Migration, CRP, UAT) Validate solution design against business requirements and best practices Business Central Subject Matter Expertise Act as the internal Business Central SME and trusted advisor to cross-functional teams Guide business leaders on configuration decisions, process optimization, and system capabilities Ensure solution design aligns with operational scalability and long-term strategy Define and enforce ERP governance standards and best practices Configuration, Troubleshooting & Optimization Oversee system configuration across modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, etc.) Troubleshoot system issues, performance concerns, integrations, and extensions Manage change requests, enhancements, and system improvements Oversee testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and ensure solution quality Operations, Support & User Enablement Provide ongoing ERP system administration and post-go-live support Lead user enablement initiatives, training programs, and adoption strategies Develop documentation, SOPs, and process guides Monitor system health and continuously improve efficiency and usability Integration & Data Coordination Coordinate integrations with CRM, analytics platforms, and external systems Work closely with IT and data teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting reliability Ensure ERP structure supports downstream analytics and business intelligence initiatives Core Competencies Proven experience managing ERP implementation partners Strong understanding of Business Central configuration, modules, workflows, and best practices Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot system, integration, and performance issues Experience leading cross-functional ERP initiatives in dynamic business environments Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business and technical teams Ability to serve as a trusted advisor and internal subject matter expert Experience in semiconductor, distribution, or supply chain environments preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) preferred Exposure to Dynamics 365 CRM or Dataverse integrations preferred Experience with ERP governance, data migration, and change management frameworks preferred Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central , Dynamics CE implementations Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time during the shift. Responsibilities
