We’re excited to announce a pivotal opportunity for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program Manager to join our team! Peoria is embarking on a transformative journey, migrating its Financial and Human Capital Management systems to Workday, our new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. This leadership role will not only be instrumental in this initial endeavor but will also guide the continuous evolution and integration of key software into our ERP for years to come. Initially reporting to the Deputy City Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of professional staff. This is a dynamic, evolving position, offering a unique chance to shape a new program and make a significant impact on our Peoria’s future!

We’re looking for a leader who deeply embodies Peoria’s core values:

  • Professional: You consistently demonstrate a high standard of conduct, competence, and reliability in all interactions and responsibilities.
  • Ethical: You act with honesty, integrity, and uphold the highest moral principles in all decision-making and actions.
  • Open: You foster an environment of transparency, welcome diverse perspectives, and communicate clearly and candidly.
  • Innovative: You embrace new ideas, seek continuous improvements, and adapt positively and creatively to change.
  • Responsive: You demonstrate a proactive and timely approach to challenges, needs, and feedback.
  • Accountable: You take ownership of your responsibilities, deliver on commitments, and ensure outcomes align with expectations.

The successful candidate will possess at least 5 years’ experience managing complex ERP systems, covering both technical support and strategic development. While experience with Workday is preferred, your proven ERP expertise and alignment with our values are key.
If you’re ready to contribute your skills to an innovative organization that truly values forward-thinking and continuous improvement, we encourage you to apply!
This position will remain posted until filled.
