Description

Standard Nutrition, a leader in animal nutrition with a diverse range of affiliated businesses, is seeking an experienced ERP Specialist. This role is crucial in managing and supporting Standard’s ERP systems and ensuring seamless integration with third-party products. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in ERP systems, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work effectively with multiple teams and technologies.
Objectives:This position focuses on effective implementation of Standard’s ERP system within our companies; aligning business practices within the capabilities of the ERP system; and providing data analytics and continued system enhancements. This position plays a critical role in providing routine user training, support, and documentation of processes while concurrently supporting and adopting new features of our ERP system.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Experience with ERP systems and third-party integrations.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for ERP and integration issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing ERP and third-party integration projects.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and vendors.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing technologies and business needs.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business administration or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of similar experience working with ERP systems.
  • Certifications in relevant ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, DMSi/Agility).
  • Proven track record of successful ERP implementations or upgrades

    Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
