Job Description Join Deloitte as a Senior Enterprise Risk Consultant and play a key role in supporting Engagement Managers to deliver high-quality services to our clients. You will focus on the delivery of client engagements, sharing your knowledge and experience with others, and ensuring your work aligns with client objectives and Deloitte’s standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities Support Engagement Managers in delivering projects and services at client premises, taking ownership of delegated tasks within your area of expertise. Raise issues that may impact quality or timelines, enabling timely resolution and maintaining high client satisfaction. Assist with the development of client presentations and discussion documentation. Identify opportunities for follow-on work and collaborate with management to win new business. Build and strengthen business relationships, generating leads and leveraging Deloitte’s broader service offerings for cross-selling opportunities. Maintain high standards of professionalism and quality in all deliverables. Core Performance Areas Strategic Impact: Align your work to client objectives, support business development, and contribute to client retention. Budgets/Profitability: Ensure timely and quality delivery in line with service level agreements, supporting accurate billing and revenue flow. Risk Strategy: Implement risk management solutions aligned to client strategy, advise clients on leading practices, and identify appropriate KPIs and KRIs. Delivery Excellence: Produce high-quality work, collaborate with team members, proactively manage risks and issues, and use Deloitte methodologies and tools effectively. Specialised Technical: Evaluate risk management design and effectiveness, perform end-to-end risk management activities, and assess corporate governance infrastructures using data-driven approaches. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications & Experience Professional qualification in Risk Management, CA, CIMA, CIIA, or other relevant field. Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in risk and control or external audit environment. Honours degree (desired). SAP and IT audit experience is advantageous. Technical expertise in risk assessment, internal control, and/or relevant industry. Strong project management, consulting, report writing, and presentation skills.
