Description

Job Title: Workday Report developer Experience: 5+ Years Design, develop, and maintain complex Workday reports, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and BIRT reports, across various Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, and Financials. Utilize advanced reporting functionality, including complex calculated fields, custom objects, and filters, to deliver tailored data sets. Create and manage interactive dashboards and scorecards using Workday Prism Analytics and other Workday tools to provide strategic insights for business leaders. Collaborate with business partners (e.g., HR, Finance) to gather reporting requirements and translate functional needs into technical specifications. Manage a reporting roadmap, including creating a strategy for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting by audience.
