Job Title: Enterprise Sales Director – ERP Solutions
Location: Dubai
Reporting To: President ERP
Experience: 12–18 years in enterprise software sales (ERP focus)

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • 12+ years of enterprise sales experience with a strong focus on ERP products (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar).
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in complex B2B environments.
  • Strong understanding of ERP modules including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and HR.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Willingness to travel as required across regions.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Experience selling into regulated industries such as BFSI, Manufacturing, or Public Sector.
  • Prior exposure to SaaS or cloud ERP platforms.
  • Existing CxO network across the region.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Senior Sales Director to lead our ERP solutions sales efforts across the [APAC/MENA/India] region. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for driving new business acquisition, deepening client relationships, and achieving ambitious revenue targets across the ERP suite of solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle for ERP solutions including opportunity identification, qualification, proposal development, deal closure, and handover to delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, understanding their business needs and positioning Azentio’s ERP solutions as the preferred choice.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product, and Delivery to craft compelling solutions and proposals.
  • Develop and execute a territory/account strategy aligned with the company’s revenue goals.
  • Identify and nurture opportunities through direct engagement, partnerships, events, and referrals.
  • Provide accurate forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates to senior leadership.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting the ERP landscape.
  • Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to capability-building across the function.
