Pegasystems is looking for a Director of Sales (Enterprise) based in Amsterdam. You will lead a team of talented sales and client success individuals and be responsible for some of Pega’s largest clients across the Benelux region. We are looking for a pivotal leader and key addition to the North Europe Region Management Team. The region benefits from Pega’s 40+-year history of transformation and innovation, but needs a leader to drive our cutting edge AI led workflow and decisioning capability, guided by our mantra, Build for Change™

Responsibilities
  • Inspire your team to reach their full potential by listening, empowering, and driving accountability through empathetic leadership. Foster a collaborative, high-trust culture of top achievers, emphasizing OnePega sales engagement and a strong learning environment.
  • Set sales targets and ensure pipeline and forecast accuracy. Engage meaningfully with C-level executives to create value, drive outcomes, and identify significant upselling opportunities.
  • Implement a Sell-With and Sell-To strategy by leveraging top SI’s, MSPs, and consulting firms in the Benelux region.
  • Hire, train, and coach new and existing team members to develop compelling territory plans, integrating the best of Pega’s internal ecosystem (marketing, inside sales, legal, presales, etc.) for successful deal realization.
