TraceAir Technologies is a fast-growing construction technology company helping homebuilders and residential land developers across North America plan, budget, and manage their projects with greater efficiency and confidence. We’ve experienced exponential growth over the last 5+ years, and we’re continuing to scale aggressively with our multi-product platform.
We are seeking a proven Enterprise Sales Director to lead and grow our team of 10 senior Account Executives. This team drives both new logo acquisition and expansion within existing customers, primarily on a project-by-project sales basis. The Enterprise Sales Director will take ownership of tactical sales leadership while partnering closely with the VP of Sales on strategy to accelerate TraceAir’s next phase of growth.

EXPERIENCE

  • 8+ years in enterprise/strategic B2B sales with 3+ years in a sales management or director role.
  • Proven track record of leading senior AE teams to exceed quota in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong preference for candidates with construction technology, proptech, or related industry experience.
  • Start-up or high-growth company experience highly desirable.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Deep knowledge and application of Challenger Sales and MEDDICC/MEDDPICC frameworks.
  • Strong grasp of sales technology stack: Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoom, Tableau, and Google Suite.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance tactical execution with strategic contribution.
