AUTOMOTIVE ENTERPRISE SALES EXECUTIVE

Location: Remote/Hybrid — Must reside in MA, ME, CT, RI, NH, or VT
Compensation: $200K+ OTE (Base plus Commission)

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise/B2B sales, preferably within the automotive or digital marketing space.
  • A strong history of meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially with large, complex accounts.
  • Deep understanding of the automotive dealership landscape, including group-level decision-making dynamics.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Tech-savvy — confident using CRM platforms and modern sales tools.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Willingness to travel regionally for client meetings and industry events as needed.

ABOUT THE ROLE

A high-growth Boston area based, digital marketing agency is seeking an experienced Automotive Enterprise Sales Executive to help grow its client base of automotive dealerships and dealer groups. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in selling digital advertising or marketing solutions directly to automotive clients with multiple locations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with senior dealership decision-makers, crafting strategic sales plans, and closing high-value opportunities.
