JOB OVERVIEW

Our client, a fast-growing Landscape Maintenance company serving South Florida, is seeking a proven Sales Leader to drive new business development. This role focuses on selling recurring landscape maintenance contracts to Homeowner Associations (HOAs), commercial properties, municipalities, and large residential estates. The ideal candidate will be a relationship builder with a strong track record of winning new contracts, navigating RFP processes, and growing market share in competitive environments.
The Sales Executive will play a critical role in expanding the company’s footprint by identifying new opportunities, building trust with decision-makers, and showcasing the value of our full-service landscape maintenance solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, ideally within the landscape maintenance, property services, or facilities management industry.
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Communications, Landscape Management or other related degree is strongly preferred
  • Strong network of decision-makers in HOAs, property management, commercial real estate, or municipal government preferred.
  • Ability to navigate complex decision-making processes and secure multi-year contracts.
  • Skilled at presenting to boards, executives, and committees with confidence and professionalism.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple prospects and proposals simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within HOAs, commercial properties, municipalities, and large residential markets.
  • Develop strong relationships with property managers, boards, business owners, and municipal leaders to position our services as the preferred choice.
  • Manage the RFP and bidding process from start to finish, including proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure client expectations are clearly communicated and met with excellence.
  • Conduct site walks and needs assessments to create tailored service solutions that deliver long-term value.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and sales activity records in the CRM system.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and industry standards to strategically position the company’s services.
