ENTERPRISE SALES EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand our market presence. This role requires a strategic salesperson who understands the needs of commercial businesses and can build strong relationships with key decision-makers. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling network cabling, AV solutions, and security installations to enterprises, property managers, IT directors, and general contractors.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Sales experience, preferably in network cabling, audio-visual, security systems, or related technology industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of structured cabling, audiovisual systems, and security technology.
  • Experience selling to commercial businesses, general contractors, or enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales automation software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within commercial industries, including corporate offices, healthcare, education, retail, and industrial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as IT directors, facility managers, general contractors, and business owners.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct client needs assessments, prepare proposals, and deliver persuasive presentations on our network cabling, AV, and security solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM software.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand awareness.
