REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees are an advantage.
  • Clinical or radiology background is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in selling healthcare IT solutions, preferably in medical imaging workflows.
  • Expertise in PACS, CT, MR, PET, AI, universal viewers, enterprise medical image viewers, and advanced 3D visualization technologies for decision support and reporting.
  • Proven success working with radiology, cardiology, neurology, or vascular departments, with deep insight into their daily challenges and operational needs.
  • Track record of managing the full business development cycle, from segmentation and lead generation to deal closure.
  • Experience collaborating with channel partners and resellers to drive growth.
  • Solid understanding of clinical procedures in radiology, cardiology, neurology, and vascular surgery.
  • Familiarity with medical device regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and able to achieve results independently while contributing to a team.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is a plus.
  • Native-level fluency in German and business-level proficiency in English.
Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking an Exceptional Enterprise Sales Manager to join our growing Sales Team in the EMEA region, with a focus on promoting TeraRecon’s innovative, AI-powered advanced visualization solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with healthcare systems, university hospitals, and channel partners to drive adoption within medical imaging departments, including radiology, cardiology, vascular surgery, and neurology.
Your primary objective will be to expand market share by promoting lifesaving, AI-driven applications that accelerate care delivery and enhance clinical decision-making. Supported by the trusted reputation of an industry leader, you will position TeraRecon as the premier innovator of enterprise-wide imaging AI decision support solutions.
This is a remote position, and the candidate must be based in Germany.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve and exceed assigned quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Manage and nurture strong relationships with customers in the assigned market segment.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share.
  • Proactively identify leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Pursue, develop, and close sales opportunities directly with end users and through partners.
  • Provide expert guidance, insights, and recommendations to enable informed customer decisions.
  • Conduct on-site product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients and at tradeshows.
  • Work collaboratively under the guidance of the VP of EMEA Sales.
  • Maintain a travel commitment of up to 50%.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (Salesforce), including weekly reports and sales forecasts.
  • Comply with annual Medizinproduktberater training requirements.
