Description
We are looking for a results-driven B2B sales professional to accelerate revenue growth through new client acquisition and market expansion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building opportunities from scratch, developing strong client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term business partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for driving participation, sponsorship, and commercial partnerships for leading B2B trade fairs and industry events. Key Responsibilities Drive new business acquisition through prospecting, outreach, networking, and lead generation Build a strong sales pipeline and consistently convert opportunities into revenue Sell exhibition space, sponsorships, and branding solutions to corporate clients Identify and engage key decision-makers across target industries Deliver consultative pitches aligned to client business objectives Negotiate commercials and close deals to achieve sales targets Expand presence across new sectors, markets, and customer segments Maintain strong CRM discipline, forecasting, and reporting Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver an excellent customer experience 4–7 years of B2B sales experience Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth Experience in space sales is preferred, but not mandatory Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment A culture that values foresight, innovation, and performance excellence Work-Life Integration with people focused policies, for e.g. Flexi working hours, Paid time-offs, WFH x 4 days/ month Performance-Linked Incentives Term and Health Insurance for self and family Exposure to global exhibition networks and international best practices
