We are seeking a hands-on and collaborative Enterprise Security Engineer to help mature and expand Five9’s Enterprise and IT Security program. In this role, you will be a key contributor to securing Five9’s corporate infrastructure, SaaS applications, and workforce technologies. You’ll partner closely with IT, Identity, and cloud operations teams to implement security controls, monitor posture, and remediate risks—ensuring that our enterprise environment remains resilient against evolving threats. Key Responsibilities: SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM): Continuously assess and monitor the organization’s SaaS applications for misconfigurations, excessive permissions, and deviations from security best practices.Partner with development teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and champion secure coding practices Identity & Access Management (IAM): Administer and enforce access controls across SaaS and IT systems, including SSO, MFA, SCIM provisioning, and role-based access policies to ensure least privilege.Deliver clear, data-driven reports to stakeholders and leadership, highlighting security trends, remediation progress, and residual risks IT Security Operations: Support endpoint, network, and cloud security posture by managing policies and coordinating remediation with IT teams. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in enterprise security Familiarity with enterprise IT environments: Windows, macOS, Linux, Active Directory/Entra ID, endpoint management (e.g., Intune, Jamf). Strong knowledge of identity and access management (IAM), including SSO, MFA, SCIM provisioning, and conditional access.
