You will be delivering small change programs, workshops and providing mentorship and guidance to Change Analysts within your team, supporting enterprise wide change management programs and initiatives for smooth service delivery. You’ll play a key role in developing and managing our Centre of Excellence, leveraging best-practice change methodologies to deliver projects that achieve the desired transformation outcomes.This position is a permanent position. Our office is located at Macquarie Park, with Hybrid working arrangements. The team office days are Mondays and Thursdays and the team also comes together in person for activities such as branch all-in days, training sessions, planning workshops and collaborative work.  This role operates within the team’s established delivery rhythm and contributes to collaborative outcomes across the branch, division and Enterprise. In addition to leading projects and stakeholder engagement activities, the role supports capability uplift through mentoring and guidance of team members. As stakeholder engagement is a core responsibility, this work will be undertaken in person to build strong relationships and establish trust.  For more information on this position and business unit,  view the role description and information pack.   About you You bring solid experience in change management with a strong focus on change delivery, ideally as a Senior Change Analyst. You have a proven ability to deliver enterprise wide People Program projects such as safety, risk and cultural change initiatives, within complex, matrixed organisations.  Your background includes program management, leading change across projects and programs, facilitating workshops and demonstrated experience in mentoring through change coaching and building capability in others.With strong analytical skills, clear communication and a collaborative approach, you’ll help stakeholders navigate change and make a real difference.Tertiary qualifications in change management, organisational psychology, organisational development, business, human resources or a related discipline is essential. A professional change management certification (e.g. Prosci®, Change Management Institute Accreditation, or equivalent) is highly regarded.
