ENTERPRISE SOFTWARE SALES MANAGER — SAP ECOSYSTEM (UK & EUROPE FOCUS)

Summary
We are looking for an experienced hunter with a strong network in the SAP ecosystem and deep knowledge of the SAP Finance landscape. You’ll be joining a fast-growing business and must be capable of hitting the ground running, working autonomously, and managing multiple sales streams simultaneously.
You’ll be selling SAP add-on modules — not full SAP systems — to established SAP customers. The sales process is faster-paced and volume-driven, with deals typically in the tens to low hundreds of thousands (annual value), and requires someone who thrives on building a strong pipeline and closing consistently.

Responsibilities
  • Generate and manage leads to build a strong and active sales pipeline.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, demonstrating, and closing deals.
  • Sell SAP add-on modules to established SAP customers, with deal values ranging from tens to low hundreds of thousands (annual recurring revenue).
  • Deliver product demonstrations independently where possible, with technical experts on hand to support.
  • Drive multiple mid-sized deals through an efficient and proactive sales process.
  • Support the UK & European sales strategy and contribute to global expansion efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and product to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
  • Flexibility to occasionally support other global time zones when required.
