With this position, we are looking for a skilled Telecom Engineer with strong Radio Access Network (RAN) expertise and willingness to extend it towards Core elements cover End-To-End scenarios . In this role, you will design, deploy, and optimize cutting-edge 5G RAN and Core solutions to create either a blueprint or a tailored solutions to our end customers. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, customer-driven solutions.

RAN ACCESS SKILLS:

• Demonstrated expertise in 4G, 5G technologies , including NR ( New Radio ), beamforming, and Massive MIMO. Experience with Nokia Telco products (e.g. Nokia AirScale technology) is an advantage.
• Competent in radio network planning tools specific to 5G and private wireless deployments
• Strong grasp of radio propagation models and advanced techniques for effective 5G and private wireless deployment
• Experience with OSS/BSS systems and troubleshooting practices in a 5G environment.

GENERAL TELECOM RELATED SKILLS:

• Experience with private wireless network solutions , covering both LTE and 5G Private Networks
• Familiarity with the architecture of 5G core networks and Packet Core solutions, understanding of related functions and standards
• Knowledge of network slicing and Quality of Service (QoS) within 5G and private wireless networks.
• Proficient in performance monitoring and optimization tools tailored for 5G and private wireless (e.g., Netact , MantaRay ).
• Hands-on Linux , routing protocols and general troubleshooting experience

VERIFICATION AND SOFT SKILLS:

• Testing experience (automated or manual, knowledge of Testing concepts and strategies (owning any level of ISTQB exam)
• Demonstrated excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluency in English both written and spoken is a must, having the same in Hungarian is an extra

• Deploy, configure and maintain 4G / 5G nodes in lab environment aligning it actual to solution release need
• Drive test planning of regression and new RAN features based on requirement input from Solution Architecture team
• Write, execute and analyse end-to-end test cases (manually as well in automated manner)
• Optimize and troubleshoot the E2E test environment with special focus on eNB and gNB network elements
• Create and review solution release level artifacts capturing experiences from testing phase, focusing on the Radio aspects
• Collaborate with deployment teams to ensure smooth execution of public and private wireless network projects
