WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU BRING:

  • Previous/current experience from an IT Consulting/MSP/Systems Integrator, with strong IT solution delivery knowledge.
  • Proven track record leading complex responses across Managed Services, Cloud (Public/Hybrid), Security and Infrastructure.
  • Deep experience in service operations, cloud transformation, and IT outsourcing, delivering both technical excellence and measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Strong background in solution architecture and technical sales, with expertise in business strategy, ROI/TCO analysis, budget planning, and executive decision-making.
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver, skilled at engaging stakeholders to uncover challenges, define future-state visions, and craft differentiated, value-driven solutions.
  • Experienced in complex RFP responses, end-to-end solution design, and clearly articulating the business value of integrated, enterprise-grade solutions.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

In this role, you’ll work closely with business development managers, technical experts, and customers to understand business needs and design cost-effective, fit-for-purpose technology solutions. You’ll define the right technologies, processes, and strategy to meet objectives, while guiding bid teams and practice leads.
With broad technical knowledge and strong business acumen, you’ll play a key role at the front of the sales pipeline, helping to win work, shaping outcomes, and enhancing Brennan’s reputation through trusted customer engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Architect for Strategic Bids: Drive solution strategy and architecture for large, complex bids and tenders, ensuring alignment with enterprise and client objectives.
  • End-to-End Solution Delivery: Own the development of tender responses and SoWs, including cost modelling across Managed Services, Platform Engineering, Data & AI, Hybrid/Public Cloud, and Security.
  • Business Growth Partner: Collaborate with sales, delivery, and account teams to identify and shape new business opportunities across both existing and new accounts.
  • Client Engagement & Workshops: Lead strategic workshops, thought leadership sessions, and roadmap planning to deepen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide internal and external thought leadership. Develop reference architectures, reusable blueprints, and service offerings.
  • Solution Design & Integration: Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, cost-effective solutions across multiple domains, aligned with client constraints and goals.
