This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology consulting, and revenue growth—supporting complex sales cycles with compelling, scalable, and outcome-focused solutions. You will act as a strategic advisor for enterprise clients, guiding them through solution design, proof-of-value validation, and transformation planning while enabling sales teams to close high-impact deals with confidence. What You’ll Be Responsible For Solution Strategy & Design Understand enterprise business challenges and translate them into tailored SaaS solution architectures. Design scalable solution blueprints aligned with customer goals, industry best practices, and platform capabilities. Build compelling solution narratives that demonstrate measurable business impact and ROI. Pre-Sales Execution & Deal Enablement Partner closely with sales teams to shape winning deal strategies for large, multi-stakeholder opportunities. Lead discovery workshops, technical deep dives, and stakeholder alignment sessions with enterprise customers. Drive proof-of-concept initiatives to validate feasibility, performance, and integration requirements. Client Advisory & Value Engineering Act as a trusted technical and business advisor for CXOs, IT leaders, and operational teams. Analyze customer KPIs and develop business cases demonstrating cost savings, efficiency gains, or revenue growth. Guide customers through transformation journeys from legacy systems to modern SaaS-driven workflows. Collaboration & Product Feedback Work with product, engineering, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment. Identify market gaps, customer needs, and emerging trends and share insights with leadership teams. Influence roadmap prioritization through structured customer feedback and competitive intelligence. Go-To-Market Support Create reusable solution frameworks, proposal templates, and playbooks for sales enablement. Support RFPs, RFIs, SOW development, and technical responses for enterprise bids. Participate in industry events, demos, and executive briefings to strengthen market positioning. What Makes You a Strong Fit 8–10 years of experience in solution consulting, technical pre-sales, or enterprise SaaS advisory roles. Proven success supporting complex B2B sales cycles and enterprise-scale solution design. Deep understanding of SaaS ecosystems, cloud platforms, and enterprise integration patterns. Strong ability to translate business objectives into technical architectures and value-driven proposals. Experience managing RFP/RFI responses, SOW creation, and integration strategy planning. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret business metrics and generate impact assessments. Exceptional communication skills—comfortable presenting to both technical teams and executive leadership. Highly organized, proactive, and confident in navigating ambiguity and stakeholder expectations. Preferred Background Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Engineering, or related discipline. Experience working across multiple enterprise domains such as supply chain, operations, finance, or digital transformation. Familiarity with SQL, analytics tools, and data-driven decision frameworks.
