Overview ServiceNow Product Delivery Lead. Responsibilities Responsible for leading a team of ServiceNow developers, architects, and operations associates Overseeing an extensive portfolio of parallel projects across various product SKUs, ensuring strategic alignment and successful execution. Implementing the overall strategy for ServiceNow products such as ESM, ITSM, KM, and omnichannel. Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of regular releases for minor enhancements, running parallel to project releases. Participate in LT meetings to advocate for critical support needs and celebrate achievements. Support the rollout of innovation initiatives for ServiceNow modules. Mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Qualifications 15+ years of Industry experience. Bachelor's in a relevant technology field, master's preferred. Good communication and leadership capabilities. Ability to manage and orchestrate multiple assignments. Lead and mentor a diverse team expanded across the globe.
