Job Description The Lead Engineer – Oracle Fusion ERP will be responsible for end-to-end techno-functional leadership, support, and continuous enhancement of Oracle Fusion Cloud across Finance, SCM, and HCM domains to support the Fintech company. This role requires a strong blend of: * Functional expertise (Finance, SCM and basic of HCM) * Technical capability (OIC, OTBI, integrations) * Governance & audit awareness * Exposure to AI-driven ERP capabilities and automation The candidate will play a key role in stabilizing, optimizing, and transforming ERP systems into an intelligent, integrated enterprise platform. Key Responsibilities * Provide end-to-end support for Oracle Fusion ERP (Finance & SCM, basic HCM), ensuring smooth month-end/year-end closing, reporting, and SLA-driven operations. * Act as a bridge between business, IT, and vendors; translate requirements into scalable ERP solutions across Finance, SCM, and basic HCM processes. * Design and manage integrations using OIC, APIs, and FBDI; ensure seamless connectivity with DWH, banking systems, and enterprise applications. * Develop reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher; enable data-driven decision-making and support financial/operational analytics. * Leverage Oracle Fusion AI features (IDR, predictive analytics, expense audit, smart recommendations) and contribute to enterprise AI initiatives. * Drive process optimization, automation, cost efficiency, and manage enhancements, releases, and change requests. * Ensure compliance with SOX, ITGC, NIST, ISO; support audits and maintain documentation, access control, and change governance. * Lead/support ERP projects; coordinate with vendors and stakeholders; ensure timely and quality delivery. * Guide team members, mentor juniors, and drive knowledge sharing and capability development Academic Qualification * B.Sc in Computer Science / Engineering / IT or related field * Relevant certifications in Oracle Fusion / Cloud / ERP/Generative AI preferred Job Experience Required * 5–6 years of experience in ERP systems * Minimum 1–2 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP * Experience in: * Finance & SCM (mandatory) * HCM (basic exposure preferred) * At least one full-cycle implementation experience is preferred Required Capabilities * Strong knowledge of Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, Expenses) and SCM (Procurement, Inventory, Sourcing) with basic HCM understanding. * Experience in OIC, OTBI, BI Publisher, and API integrations; understanding of Fusion architecture, data model, FBDI, HDL, and REST APIs. * (Value Add) Knowledge of Oracle Fusion AI features, chatbots/digital assistants, and automation tools; exposure to AI-driven ERP initiatives. * Understanding of SOX, ITGC, audit processes, and access/security management. * Strong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and ability to work in fast-paced environments with ownership mindset. * Experience with Redwood UI, Oracle Digital Assistant, ERP monitoring tools; exposure to telecom/fintech domain and high-volume systems; PMP/ITIL/Cloud certifications. > > Banglalink Digital Communications is one of Bangladesh’s leading telecom and > digital service providers, committed to transforming the way people connect, > communicate, and innovate.
