QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business & Economics, or related field.
• Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA Singapore) or in progress.
• 2–3 years of relevant outsourcing, accounting, or professional services experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore financial reporting standards, payroll regulations and corporate compliance requirements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skillsA team player with the ability to manage client engagements and meet deadlines.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an highly motivated Senior Associate to join our professional services team in Singapore. The role offers an excellent opportunity to take ownership of client engagements, supervise junior team members, and contribute to delivering high-quality professional services. You will manage assignments, liaise with clients and regulatory authorities, and ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage in a portfolio of outsourcing clients across industries.
• Oversee accounting, payroll, and transactions outsourcing engagements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (ACRA, MOM, CPF).
• Assist on advisory engagement to clients on business process outsourcing, compliance and consulting
• Ensure outsourcing services are delivered in line with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• prepare financial statements in accordance to reporting standards, management accounts, payroll summaries, and statutory filings.
• Liaise with auditors, regulators, and government agencies on behalf of clients.
• Support the Company’s process automation and technology-driven solutionsContribute to internal process improvements and knowledge-sharing initiatives
