At Laravel, our mid-market and enterprise clients often have the most unique and complex requirements associated with building, deploying, and monitoring their Laravel applications. They run mission-critical workloads on Laravel Cloud and Forge, with Nightwatch to aid in observability, and depend on us to help them succeed from the very first conversation through long-term operation.
Our enterprise team partners closely with customers during sales outreach, onboarding, migration, and scaling, ensuring they have the technical guidance, best practices, and product expertise needed to run Laravel and use our products confidently at any scale. We work hand-in-hand with Go-To-Market, Solutions Engineering, Support, and Product teams to provide high-touch enablement to clients across all phases of the customer lifecycle.
It’s a highly collaborative, customer-facing group that blends technical literacy with Laravel expertise to guide clients towards successful outcomes with our products.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an Enterprise Success Engineer, you’ll be the primary technical partner and key client contact for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers, stepping in during late-stage sales and staying engaged through onboarding, migrations, scaling, and long-term operations. You’ll build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, develop a deep understanding of their business, and act as their go-to advisor for leveraging Laravel and our products at scale.
You will be relentless in investigating, tackling, and triaging challenges that present themselves, using the tools at your disposal to make structured recommendations and remediations to real-time needs. This role blends technical problem-solving, relationship management, and consultative guidance to universally support enterprise clients with a white-glove approach.
This is a remote role, which may require occasional travel.
