Join our family in Singapore, the first manufacturing facility outside Japan for daily disposable contact lens and a base for developing technologies and products with advanced, value-added features. We are looking for candidates with a strong interest in developing their technical and systems capabilities to join our team as Enterprise Systems Engineers. Our Engineers play a critical role in enabling operational excellence by designing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise IT systems that power our manufacturing and business operations. Responsibilities: Administer, configure and take part in the implementation and maintenance of the company's enterprise systems. (E.g. QMS software, HRMS Software, etc) Support in the implementation of new software solutions and system upgrades to support evolving business and operational needs. Maintain and improve the in-house developed IT applications and web applications. Support and guide users in the use of data analytics tools and platforms, including Microsoft Power Platform. Administrator Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Automate) and provide technical guidance to users. Ensure the access controls of the IT application systems are properly configured. Perform any other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor Requirements: Knowledge of C# programming language. Knowledge of Visual Basic or Windows PowerShell Scripting. knowledge in Microsoft SQL databases. Knowledge of Salesforce platform. (E.g. Salesforce) Knowledge in database management and IIS web server configuration is an added advantage. Strong logical and analytical thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot system issues and identify practical solutions. Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Engineers are responsible for designing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise IT systems critical for manufacturing and business operations, including administering, configuring, and maintaining systems like QMS and HRMS software. They also support new software implementations, maintain in-house applications, and administer the Microsoft Power Platform.
