SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Manager to support enterprise-wide business and technical solutions that leverage Artificial Intelligence and advanced enterprise applications. The role requires expertise in aligning functional business requirements with technical solutions, as well as supporting strategic planning, system operations, and data-driven decision-making. The Enterprise Systems Manager will also represent organizational interests in CENTCOM Chief Data Officer (CDO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) initiatives and working groups.
Responsibilities:

NECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Proven experience in enterprise systems management, business process analysis, and technical solution development.
• Strong background in enterprise resource planning, logistics, supply chain, and human resource management systems.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applications in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with data warehousing, investment analysis, and knowledge management frameworks.
• Experience in IT operations, telecommunications, and system security policy development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to represent division interests in senior-level working groups.
• Active security clearance (if required by position)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• Demonstrated expertise in Military Operations
• Proficiency with the Joint Operational Planning Process (JOPP)
• Knowledge of information systems and life cycle management
• USCENTCOM staff experience within the past five years, including proficiency with the CENTCOM Task Management Tool (TMT) for internal staff work
• Ability to Obtain and maintain minimum Top Secret Clearance
