We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable IT solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients. We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Support Services Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of Windows Systems Administrators, acting as the primary point of contact for our government clients, and ensuring the timely and successful completion of IT projects. How Role will make an impact: Manage and lead a team of Windows Systems Administrators, providing guidance, support, and supervision. Serve as the primary point of contact for government clients, including the Navy, maintaining strong client relationships and addressing their IT service needs. Collaborate with clients to understand their IT requirements, propose solutions, and ensure projects align with their goals. Plan and oversee the execution of IT projects, including resource allocation, project timelines, and deliverables. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Evaluate and optimize IT systems and processes to enhance efficiency, security, and reliability. Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, tools, and technologies to make recommendations for improvements. Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management and clients. Requirements What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team: Clearance: Must possess an Active Secret Clearance High School Diploma or equivalent Experience 6 years of relevant experience Experience in Information Assurance, Cybersecurity, Electronic Documentation. Experience in one or more of the following; DEERS Application/Function, Personnel, Education, and Training system knowledge may be required at the task order level. Proven experience in IT leadership and management, including leading a team of administrators. Knowledge of Windows Systems Administration and IT infrastructure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members. Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Familiarity with government contract requirements and regulations is a plus. IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL) are advantageous. Certification: IA Training and Certification and Computing Environment (CE) certification may be required at the task order level.
