Description Position Summary: The ESMS Enterprise Trainer Technician develops and delivers comprehensive training programs for the Defense Health Agency's Enterprise Sustainment Management System (ESMS). This role creates and maintains training modules, conducts monthly information briefings, and ensures all training content remains current with DHA and CERL standards. The trainer serves as the primary educational resource for facility managers and DHA staff, facilitating knowledge transfer through various digital platforms. Position Type: Hybrid - 2 days remote, 3 days on site Essential Functions: Develop and maintain comprehensive training modules incorporating both DHA and CERL-based content for the ESMS program. Conduct monthly SMS Information Briefs (SIBs) via Microsoft Teams to keep facility managers and DHA staff updated on ESMS developments. Create and update self-directed training content, ensuring alignment with the current DHA FE ESMS Reference manual. Maintain communication with stakeholders through distribution lists and coordinate regular training sessions. Monitor and incorporate system updates, policy changes, and helpdesk FAQs into training materials. Duties & Responsibilities: Design and implement online training modules covering ESMS program fundamentals, data collection, standards, and reporting. Prepare and deliver monthly briefings that are concise, relevant, and valuable to the target audience. Maintain and update training documentation to reflect current ESMS versions and DHA requirements. Track participation, gather feedback, and analyze training effectiveness to improve program delivery. Coordinate with CERL and DHA teams to ensure training content accuracy and relevance.
