With more than $3.0 trillion in assets under administration, we deliver end-to-end solutions and exceptional service to meet our clients’ needs.  For more information about Citco, please visit www.citco.com [http://www.citco.com/]  Your Role:  * Strategic enterprise-wide leader and champion for modern ways of working.   * Responsible for enabling and demonstrating measurable improvements in how we do, what we do.  * Accountable for designing, mobilising and continuously evolving a value stream operating model across the full end-to-end change lifecycle, including the operational “run” functions.  * Your role builds high-performing teams at all levels and drives measurable improvements in flow, alignment and value delivery, and unites both change and run.  * Your role is grounded in agile, lean, behavioural science, systems and design thinking.  * Whilst being a leader, coach and practitioner yourself, you will also lead and inspire a team of practitioners, consultants and coaches.     Key responsibilities:  * Define and lead the enterprise ways of working vision, strategy and mobilisation roadmap across Citco.  * Design, mobilise and embed a value stream based operating model that connects business, delivery, technology, change and operations around measurable outcomes.   * Establish and evolve value streams and teams aligned to flow, feedback and value.  * Create and maintain the enterprise ways of working framework, handbook, mobilisation and enablement model.  * Apply behavioural science, a strong understanding of immunity to change and incentive mapping to support sustainable adoption.  * Adapt ways of working to suit complexity, uncertainty and risk within the book of work and overall book of change across Citco.  * Design and personally deliver coaching and training for value, delivery, technology and operational leads across executive, portfolio, value streams and teams.  * Coach and practice at all levels through consulting, coaching, training and community enablement.    * Support the Centre of Enablement to establish and grow communities of practice.  * Leverage modern tooling and AI enabled coaching approaches to scale learning and support.  * Co-create the design and implement lean portfolio management, including governance, funding, annual and quarterly planning, and nested OKRs.  * Act as lead OKR coach, driving organisational alignment from strategy to execution.  * Partner with Value Realisation Office (VRO) on governance, metrics, dependency management and lean controls.  * Lead and develop a high performing team of Ways of Working practitioners, consultants, coaches and specialists.    About you:  * You are an executive-calibre leader with a proven track record in enterprise transformation, value stream design, and lean portfolio management.   * You are highly credible at senior levels and capable of leading complex change in large organisations.  * You are passionate about delivering business outcomes, improving organisational flow, and fostering a more effective workplace.  * You combine strategic thinking with a practitioner's approach and are passionate about helping people be the best they can.   * You are a skilled coach and mentor, with high emotional intelligence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build highly engaged, high-performing teams at all levels.   * You are grounded in organising for outcomes and value rather than framework purity, with a practical data led mindset.  * You can diagnose organisational constraints and impediments, improve flow efficiency and align cross functional teams around value streams.   * As a champion for new ways of working, you bring strong communication skills and a positive, energetic and personable style.   * You are recognised and respected in the industry as a thought leader on modern ways of working including outside of Technology.    Education and Qualifications:  * Degree or master’s degree in IT or related field.  * Advanced agile certifications: e.g. CSP Scrum Master, CSP Product Owner, ICAgile Approved Instructor, SAFe SPC.  * Traditional project/programme management: PRINCE2, MSP, PMP – desirable for background and context.  * Training From The Back Of The Room qualified - desirable.    Experience required:  * 10+ years consulting and coaching at all organisational levels, including outside Technology.  * 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.  * Enterprise transformation leadership experience in large and complex organisations.  * Strong financial services and technology delivery experience.  * Expertise in scaled agile frameworks, lean portfolio management, and outcome-based delivery.  * Proven success building Communities of Enablement and Practice and enabling high-performing teams via this model.    Skills:  * Enterprise lean and business agility leadership.  * Value stream operating model design.  * Lean portfolio management and outcome-based governance.  * OKR coaching, organisational alignment, and strategic execution.  * Executive coaching and leadership development.  * Behavioural change, deep understanding of immunity to change, and incentive mapping.  * Training design, facilitation, and delivery.  * Systems and design thinking.  * Organisational and team design, including outside of Technology.  * Diagnostic assessment and data driven improvement.  * Conflict resolution and high-performance team coaching.  * Context specific adaptation of ways of working in large and complex environments.  * Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement.  * Tooling familiarity including Jira, Confluence and collaboration platforms.
