Job Description Key Responsibilities Organize, coordinate, and conduct daily entertainment and recreational activities for guests. Engage with guests of all ages and encourage participation in scheduled programs and events. Assist in planning and implementing entertainment activities, themed events, and special occasions. Ensure all activity areas, equipment, and facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Provide guests with information regarding activity schedules, hotel facilities, and recreational services. Monitor guest safety during activities and respond appropriately to any incidents or concerns. Support children's activities and family-oriented programs when required. Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown. Promote hotel entertainment programs and recreational offerings to enhance guest experiences. Maintain accurate records of participation, activity feedback, and equipment usage. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures. Deliver friendly, energetic, and professional service at all times. Qualifications Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in entertainment, recreation, guest activities, hospitality, or a related role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of English (spoken and written). Outgoing, energetic, and confident personality with strong guest engagement skills. Ability to lead group activities and interact with guests from diverse backgrounds. Creative mindset with the ability to develop fun and engaging programs. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays. Physically fit and able to participate actively in recreational activities. Professional appearance and positive attitude aligned with hotel standards. Certification in First Aid and CPR is an advantage.
