Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and responsible Recreation Agent / Safari Driver to join our dynamic team at Nofa Riyadh, A Radisson Collection Resort. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for guest service, and a genuine interest in creating memorable experiences for our guests. This role combines guest interaction, safari driving, and support in our recreation and entertainment facilities. Training will be provided on the safari experience and animal information. Key Responsibilities * Drive guests safely on safari tours within the resort, offering engaging and informative commentary on the various animals and surroundings (training provided). * Provide outstanding guest service at all times, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience. * Support the Recreation and Entertainment Centre, assisting at the front desk, bowling alley, and cinema. * Handle guest inquiries confidently and professionally via phone, e-mail, and face-to-face interactions. * Perform basic administrative and computer-related tasks as required (booking entries, reports, etc.). * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in all assigned areas. * Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments, fostering a positive and supportive work environment. * Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling, primarily working morning shifts but adapting to later shifts when business needs arise. Qualifications * Fluent in English (verbal and written); Arabic is an advantage but not required. * Computer literate and comfortable using basic office software. * Confident communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests from diverse backgrounds.
Responsibilities
The role involves driving guests safely on safari tours and providing outstanding guest service. Additionally, the agent will support the Recreation and Entertainment Centre by assisting at various facilities.
