Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Entertainment Co-ordinator to join our team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As the Entertainment Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and executing a diverse range of entertainment activities for our guests, ensuring memorable experiences that exceed their expectations. Develop and implement innovative entertainment programmes and activities suitable for various age groups and interests Coordinate and oversee daily entertainment schedules, ensuring smooth execution of all planned events Collaborate with other departments to create cohesive guest experiences Recruit, train, and manage entertainment staff, including performers and activity leaders Maintain and manage entertainment equipment and supplies Monitor guest feedback and adapt programmes accordingly to enhance customer satisfaction Manage budgets for entertainment activities and negotiate with external vendors when necessary Promote upcoming events and activities through various channels, including social media Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all entertainment areas Stay updated on local cultural events and incorporate them into the entertainment programme when appropriate Qualifications Proven experience (2-3 years minimum) in entertainment coordination or similar role within the hospitality or tourism industry Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred) Excellent event planning and management skills Strong creative abilities with a talent for developing engaging entertainment concepts Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and flexibility in a fast-paced environment Proficient in time management and multitasking Experience in budgeting and financial planning for entertainment programmes Familiarity with social media marketing and promotion strategies Knowledge of local culture and entertainment trends in Phu Quoc, Vietnam Understanding of the hospitality and tourism industry Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese or other languages is a plus Additional Information What awaits you...
