Our team members have a shared passion for being a part of the Casa legacy and are eager to work together to define this exciting new chapter in our history.    Compensation Range: $21.00/Hour    Why Join Our Team: * Great earning potential * Affordable medical insurance available * Employer-sponsored dental and vision * Paid vacation and sick time * Exclusive employee discounts at our Mercado store * Career growth opportunities * Employee family meal What You'll Do: The Entertainment Crew ensures the smooth execution of live performances, working closely with others to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for both the audience and performers.   Responsibilities: • Follow established steps of service to guide guests into the theater efficiently and safely  • Able to work independently while maintaining clear communication and collaborating effectively with team members • Welcome and engage with all guests to create a memorable experience • Demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt to feedback, and comply with all company policies and safety regulations • Ensure all theater, stage, and seating areas are clean, organized, and guest-ready  • Assist with seating and provide information about the venue, show, and facilities  • Monitor and manage crowd flow to prevent congestion and ensure safety  • Work closely with performers, venue technicians, and security to ensure smooth show transitions  • Organize and transport props, ensuring they are in optimal condition for each show  • Help patrons with lost items, directing them to the appropriate personnel for assistance  • Report any safety hazards, spills, or technical issues to management or maintenance staff • Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by Entertainment Leadership based on business needs Qualifications: • 18+ years of age  • High school diploma or equivalent  • Prior performance experience in theater, improv, hosting, or character acting  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Passionate about serving others  • Strong conflict resolution skills to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive guest experience  • Able to communicate effectively in English  • Must have reliable transportation and be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, days, late nights, and holidays    Preferred: • Bilingual in Spanish Physical & Environmental Demands: • Able to distinguish colors and see both up close and at a distance   • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds   • Able to use manual dexterity, gross motor skills, and fine motor skills   • Must be able to walk at least 10,000 steps per shift, including stairs, inclines, and declines   • Able to pivot, transition between seated and standing positions, kneel, stoop, and lift throughout shifts   • Able to stand for extended periods and walk briskly throughout the shift   • Able to work in confined spaces   • Able to multitask and work efficiently with speed, accuracy, and composure in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and entertainment venue under pressure   Benefits: Casa Bonita also offers a benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees.   Deadline to Apply: 03/31/26 All job applicants for duties to be performed at Casa must be Colorado residents at the time of application.
