Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entertainment Manager to join our dynamic team in Rixos Al Mairid at Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. As the Entertainment Manager, you will be responsible for curating and executing exceptional entertainment experiences for our diverse clientele in this vibrant, multicultural setting. Develop and implement innovative entertainment programs and events that align with our organization's goals and guest preferences Manage and oversee all aspects of entertainment production, including planning, scheduling, and execution Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event coordination and delivery Recruit, train, and supervise entertainment staff, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment Negotiate and manage contracts with performers, agents, and suppliers Create and maintain detailed budgets for entertainment programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality Monitor industry trends and incorporate new ideas to keep our entertainment offerings fresh and exciting Ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements in all entertainment activities Develop and implement audience engagement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction Analyze event success metrics and provide comprehensive reports with recommendations for improvement Handle logistical details such as transportation and accommodations for performers Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during events promptly and professionally Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Entertainment Management, Event Planning, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in entertainment or event management Proven track record of successfully planning and executing diverse entertainment programs Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, coupled with a talent for building professional relationships In-depth knowledge of entertainment industry trends, regulations, and best practices Demonstrated experience in budget management and contract negotiations Proficiency in event management software and tools Strong leadership skills and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous Creativity and innovation in event planning and execution Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet Strong stress management skills and ability to work effectively under pressure Cultural sensitivity and awareness to thrive in a multicultural environment Adaptability to the dynamic hospitality and entertainment landscape in the UAE
