Key responsibilities include opening and closing the performance spaces, responding to on-shift situations, and nightly reporting. Leading by example and fostering a positive, team environment. Ensuring exceptional guest experiences through operational excellence. Executing and upholding standards and protocols established by the Entertainment Leadership team.    The Entertainment Shift Supervisor acts as the overall decision-maker for the department when on shift. They will be the one to answer all high-level calls and be available to assist in emergency situations.    Responsibilities:   * Uphold company values and all Company policies, procedures, and practices.   * Work with leads on any role adjustments, employee issues, incident reports, etc. as needed.  * Act as a liaison between Entertainment sub-departments.  * Support Entertainment sub-departments in their day-to-day operations and various roles as needed.   * Effectively communicate with Entertainment Leadership needs for the department, and vice versa to employees.   * Prepare nightly reporting to Operations and Upper Management.  * Extensive knowledge of SOPs, employee standards and situational management.   * Monitor guest interactions and entertainment offerings to ensure a positive and engaging guest experience.  * Oversee or assist with special guests, events, or specialized entertainment activities to ensure smooth execution.  * Support onboarding, coaching, and continuous training of Entertainment employees to ensure consistent performance and growth.  * Maintain a high level of professionalism and discipline.   * Ensure that all approved Casa Bonita safety standard operating procedures are followed at all times.   * Other Duties as assigned.     Qualifications:   * Must be able to speak, read, and hear/understand English fluently. Spanish would be a plus.   * Leadership and organizational experience in entertainment production (theatre, live stage, concerts, cruise ships, tours) or related fields.   * Proficiency in workflow and reporting tools (7shifts, Office 365, Asana, etc.).   * Must be able to collaborate effectively within a team environment, displaying a sense of urgency to meet project deadlines.   * Navigate challenges with resourcefulness, prioritize effectively, and deliver solutions promptly.   * Strong communication and problem-solving skills.   * Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor in a chaotic setting.   * Flexibility to work irregular hours, including late nights and weekends.  * Abide by all Policies and Procedures.     Physical & Environmental Demands:   * Able to stand for long periods of time and walk often at a brisk pace.   * Able to walk up inclines and stairs and down declines and stairs multiple times during a shift.   * Capable of sitting, stooping, bending, reaching, and lifting/carrying items up to 50 pounds.   * Able to work and perform job tasks in small, loud spaces.   * Possesses fine motor skills and dexterity.   * Must be able to pivot on feet to move around groups of people.   * Capable of and at ease with engaging with the public, potentially encountering challenging behavior, and service animals.
