🎤 ENTERTAINMENT TEAM LEADER (m/f/d) Lead, motivate and create unforgettable guest experiences 🌍 About the role As an Entertainment Team Leader, you take responsibility for the daily organization and motivation of the entertainment team in a holiday resort. You lead by example, support your team and help create engaging activities and shows for guests. This role is ideal for people who already have experience in entertainment or animation and feel ready to take the next step into leadership. 🎯 What you’ll do Coordinate and support the daily work of the entertainment team Lead and motivate entertainers during activities and events Take part in entertainment programs and evening shows Support planning of schedules, rehearsals and activities Be the link between entertainment team and hotel management Help ensure a positive team spirit and high guest satisfaction You are not just supervising – you are part of the team and actively involved. ⏰ Good to know Seasonal position Full-time role (5–6 working days per week) Living and working on-site EU passport required 🚀 Ready to lead the team? Responsibilities
