British American Tobacco Finland has an exciting opportunity for an Entertainment Trade Marketing Representative in Finland

BAT Finland is looking for an Entertainment Trade Marketing Representative to join our newly established Finnish business unit with engaged and highly experienced colleagues who all focus on delivering upon our strategy and objectives to create true value to our Nordic business.
As a key contributor to growing our innovative portfolio both in HoReCa and non-HoReCa market, your key objectives will be to implement and execute sales and marketing activities in a defined customer universe to support BAT Finland reaching its strategic and commercial targets.

Responsibilities

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Implement and execute activities and agreements according to plan within defined HoReCa customer portfolio
  • Manage own customer portfolio through route planning, ensuring that the trade coverage and visit frequency targets are achieved
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management systems to monitor agreed customer and brand measurements
  • Manage all materials and equipment in a secure and efficient manner
  • Develop and manage customer relationship
  • Contribute actively to deliver team results
  • Responsible to share best practice in order to deliver high team performance
  • Manage self-development, performance focusing on continuous improvement to raise the bar in daily work
  • Contribute actively to implement a coaching culture
  • Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS or Sustainability standards and procedures.
