Summary: The Access Management Technology Manager is responsible for steering the Access Management Roadmap, focusing on integrating existing systems while enhancing cybersecurity and external partner access. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with extensive skills in Microsoft Entra ID and Access Management technologies.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID implementation.
• Knowledge of Access Management technologies (LDAP, OpenAM, MS AD).
• Master’s degree in computer engineering or related field.

• Advise on potential MS/AAD Corporate roadmaps.
• Design sustainable MS/AAD Corporate solutions from concept to launch.
• Drive configuration, testing, training, and documentation of MS/AAD solutions.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize the user experience.
• Conduct workshops and tests to validate design against security requirements.
• Provide detailed solution specifications and ensure validation.
• Support AM Technology Owner in backlog definition and refinement.
• Prepare and execute acceptance tests, training, and cutover activities.
