Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

This role is a prime opportunity to drive our company’s growth by identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic initiatives across multiple regions. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to uncover new market opportunities, refine business processes, and champion best practices—both internal and external—to elevate our performance and accelerate expansion.
A central part of your work will involve crafting strategic playbooks and shaping long-term business plans, enabling the organization to scale efficiently and sustainably. In this consulting-like capacity, you’ll broaden your expertise in operations and business strategy, all while making a tangible impact on our trajectory.
You will also have the unique chance to collaborate directly with Qlub’s leadership team; entrepreneurs who have founded some of the most innovative companies in the Middle East, gaining invaluable insights and driving meaningful change across the organization. Previous EIRs working under Qlub’s founders have gone on to become founders and CEOs of multi-billion dollar companies. This is a fast-track role for driven individuals eager to launch and scale new business ideas within a high-growth environment.
