ROLE OVERVIEW:
This role is a prime opportunity to drive our company’s growth by identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic initiatives across multiple regions. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to uncover new market opportunities, refine business processes, and champion best practices—both internal and external—to elevate our performance and accelerate expansion.
A central part of your work will involve crafting strategic playbooks and shaping long-term business plans, enabling the organization to scale efficiently and sustainably. In this consulting-like capacity, you’ll broaden your expertise in operations and business strategy, all while making a tangible impact on our trajectory.
You will also have the unique chance to collaborate directly with Qlub’s leadership team; entrepreneurs who have founded some of the most innovative companies in the Middle East, gaining invaluable insights and driving meaningful change across the organization.
