Join us at Carealytix as an Entrepreneur in Residence (EiR) – Software Architect/CTO and help us shape the digital health technology that powers chronic care improvement.
In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build something from the ground up while leveraging a fully established platform and startup operating model: You will lead the technical strategy for expanding our suite of digital health products into orthopaedics (think new hip, new knee, rehab etc.) a new chronic care area, ensuring scalability, security, and innovation. You’ll work closely with our development team to architect and guide the next generation of healthcare applications that impact lives daily.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Technical Strategy & Architecture: Design and oversee the technical roadmap for our chronic care platform, prioritizing scalability, data security, and integration with healthcare systems.
Hands-On Development Leadership: Work closely with the engineering team to build, review, and improve the product tech stack, focusing on robust and efficient software design.
Drive Innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies and best practices in digital health, advising on tech solutions that elevate our platform’s effectiveness and reliability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner internally with product, data science, and medical teams as well as externally with customers, users (doctors, surgeons, patients) and suppliers to ensure a seamless alignment of technical capabilities with business goals. Start building out your own team.
Mentor & Inspire: Guide the engineering team, foster an innovative culture, and build a collaborative tech environment that drives outstanding results.
