We’re expanding our Austin team and seeking an Entrepreneurial Sales Trainee who is ambitious, people-focused, and driven to succeed.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Entrepreneurial Sales Trainee is an entry level, in-person role where you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, delivering tailored product solutions, and providing high-quality customer service in the wireless and internet space. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to develop their business acumen, customer engagement skills, and ultimately grow into a leadership or management role.

QUALIFICATIONS OF AN ENTREPRENEURIAL SALES TRAINEE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong desire to grow into an entrepreneurial or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must live within a commutable distance of our Austin office.
  • A positive attitude, team-first mindset, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and support new and existing client accounts within a designated territory through in-person interactions.
  • An Entrepreneurial Sales Trainee will use consultative sales techniques to recommend wireless and internet services that meet client needs.
  • Deliver accurate, thorough information to customers regarding services, billing, product features, and upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot client concerns and escalate issues to leadership when necessary.
  • Entrepreneurial Sales Trainees stay informed on new products, service updates, and promotional offerings.
  • Shadow experienced managers to learn business operations, sales strategy, and customer management.
  • Participate in ongoing training to prepare for future leadership and entrepreneurial opportunities.
