As our Administrative Assistant, you will:

  • Lead Generation: Your primary focus will be actively calling and scheduling leads, ensuring a steady pipeline for our construction projects.
  • Office Operations: Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining efficient workflows and a well-organized workspace.
  • Customer Communication: Be the friendly voice of Custom Construction Services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Data Management: Accurately enter information into Quickbooks and our CRM system, keeping records up-to-date and organized.
  • Calendar Management: Maintain a precise Google calendar for appointments, meetings, and project deadlines.
  • Material Procurement: Order materials and supplies needed for ongoing projects, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Project Support: Assist management with special projects and initiatives as required.
  • Payroll Processing: Handle payroll tasks accurately and efficiently.
