We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Entry Control Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a calm and professional demeanor, strong observational skills, the ability to manage conflicts effectively, and a commitment to customer service.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of conflict management techniques is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with surveillance technology and CCTV operation is an advantage.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse individuals in various situations.

• Monitor assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
• Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to ensure comprehensive coverage of the premises.
• Report alarms, disturbances, or emergencies promptly while following established protocols.
• Enforce security policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of property and equipment to identify potential security risks.
• Document incidents and prepare reports detailing observations and actions taken during shifts.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure effective incident resolution.
