POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an Entry / Junior Level Recruiting Assistant to join our Chicago team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience with Japanese or Korean business culture—whether through work, education, or internships—and an interest in recruiting, HR, or administrative operations.
Language ability in Japanese or Korean is preferred, even at a conversational level, but not required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate’s Degree or higher (or currently enrolled with relevant availability)
  • Experience with Japanese or Korean business culture required
  • Japanese or Korean language ability preferred (conversational or higher)
  • Prior office or administrative experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable making multiple phone calls daily and conducting quick web searches
  • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
  • Able to work effectively in a multicultural team environment
