Our Tampa-based team is actively seeking an Entry Level Account Executive with leadership prowess, an adaptable and solutions-focused mindset, and a tenacious work ethic. As the Entry Level Account Executive, you will execute customer-facing sales solutions on behalf of our client with the goal of driving sales, expanding brand awareness, and fostering long-term customer relationships through personalized, consultative interactions. This role is designed for someone who is ready to take initiative, expand their critical leadership skills, and grow into a long-term management career.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Represent our client’s products and services directly to customers in residential field settings
  • Execute in-person sales strategies that generate measurable growth and customer engagement
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and market awareness to confidently handle objections and position value
  • Build rapport with customers, identify their needs, and deliver tailored product recommendations that drive conversions and satisfaction
  • Help drive daily team performance through consistent communication, performance tracking, and motivation strategies
  • Support business development efforts by identifying new pipelines for referral and upsell opportunities
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
