ROLE OVERVIEW:

As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the best service and solutions for their logistics needs. You’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver value and spot new business opportunities. In addition to this, the role also involves initial outreach, and lead generation too.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients across key industries
• Build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders
• Understand each client’s logistics requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Upsell and cross-sell services where appropriate
• Handle day-to-day account activity and ensure client satisfaction
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
